All my jewelry is made using sterling silver .925 and all sea glass is authentic found on the ocean's shore or in its shoal.
All my stained glass mobiles are constructed using copper plated-steel, copper foil, wire, nylon and lead-free solder.
All mobiles and jewelry on this website have been or will be made by me, Gary Ruvo, in my studio way up in the woods, Boulder Creek, California, USA. The exceptions are sea glass--this is pure from the ocean--as well as the pendant chains and some clasps that are store bought.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards through a secured server, this is the best and easiest way to pay. Also you may send your check or money order payment. Credit cards can be taken over the phone, just call.
Shipping
Jewelry is packaged in a small signature box with fluff. The jewelry box is attractively wrapped in colored tissue with tissue ribbon and then packaged in a separate shipping box for delivery.
Mobiles are wrapped in white tissue and re-wrapped in colored tissue paper. This is packaged in a separate box for delivery
I ship orders Priority Mail 2-3day USPS with a confirmed delivery. If you need a different service, there is a Fedx drop off in town. No problem just let me know.
Refunds and Exchange
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me right away. I will accept exchanges and returns for the purchase price, excluding shipping up to 10 days from date of shipment. Please don't wait too long I'll spend the money.
